Landowner/tenants who do not wish to be sprayed MUST submit a No Spray Request to the Klamath Vector Control District each year. Please download, print and send the below form to the district office.
IF YOU WISH TO REMAIN ON THE NO SPRAY LIST, YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR OFFICE BEFORE MAY 15th EVERY SEASON!!! THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILY TO NOTIFY US! THE DISTRICT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US.
This includes any organic crops/fields as well as Bee Hive locations
